Workshop – Cotter City Council Scheduled

There will be a City Council workshop Monday, February 3, 2020, at Cotter City Hall at 6:00 pm. The main item on the agenda is Phase II Rehabilitation Sewer Project. In December, USDA Rural Development approved the application and sent a letter establishing conditions in order for Cotter-Gassville to received a loan of $1,551,000 and grant of $619,000 to make inprovements to the existing wastewater collection systems that is jointly operated by the City of Cotter and the City of Gassville under the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement. The Mayor will discuss the milestones and time table in the Letter of Intent to Meet Conditions before funds could be issued.
