The City of Cotter’s Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at Cotter City Hall on Wednesday, July 24th at 6:30 p.m. to discuss a variance for lots 501-505 on McLean Avenue submitted to the Planning and Zoning Board on July 11, 2019. Following the public comments to the Planning Commission, the Cotter Zoning Board will meet to take action on the Variance request.
Cotter City Hall will no longer provide the Recycling bin at our facility monthly.
You may take your recyclables to Baxter County Recycling Center at 1306 Rossi Rd. in Mountain Home.
The City of Cotter wishes to apply for a $50,000 FUN Park grant through the Arkansas Department of Parks and Tourism to improve outdoor park and recreational needs at Warrior Park/Cotter Youth Center at 412 Powell Ave to be held on Saturday, June 29, 2019 at 10:00 am.
