There is a Planning and Zone meeting scheduled for Tuesday, October 25th at 6:30 pm. Meeting will be held at Cotter City Hall. Two variance requests will be on the agenda. P&Z will hear the request to set a date for public comments.
The City of Cotter will be accepting bids on a 2006 Polaris Ranger ATV 6 Wheel used by the Cotter Fire Department. The ATV shall be sold As-Is. Equipment may be seen at the Cotter Fire Department. The Cotter City Council will be holding a Public Hearing to address the closing of an alley way located below lots 60, 61, and 90 at 183 Melba Ave in Cotter, Arkansas. The Public Hearing will be held at 115 McLean Ave at 6:00 p.m. in the Cotter Council Chambers.
All residents living inside the City Limits of Cotter will receive a survey form to fill out. Very simple. Please respond and return in self address envelope provided. The survey will determine if the City of Cotter will be eligible for a $300,000 grant for water and sewer. If you did not receive a survey form within the next week, please let us know.
