Vacancy on Cotter City Council – Ward 3, Position 2

At the Cotter City Council held on March 23, 2023, council accepted Alderman Cameron Ross’s letter of resignation due to address change. Pursuant to Arkansas Code 14-44-104, the city council shall proceed to elect, by a majority vote of the council at the first regular meeting after the occurrence of the vacancy. Any resident living in Ward 3 wishing to be considered to fill the vacancy should contact the mayor, prior to noon on April 21, 2023, to appear on the agenda for April 27, 2023.
