Cotter Walking Trail to be Close Starting January 5, 2024

Cotter Sewer Rehabilitation Project to start January 5, 2024. The upper half of the Cotter Walking Trail shall be closed for 90 days, starting January 5, 2024. The Sewer Contractor will install barricades for safety to prevent walking in the Construction Zone. THE CONSTRUCTION ZONE – the walking Trail shall be closed to the public from the access gate near His Place Resort going down river until the above ground sewer line goes below ground. (HIS Place Resort will remain open.) See map.
The walking trail can be access from Cotter’s Big Spring Park. You may walk up-river to the Construction Zone and return to Big Spring Park.
