Cotter Tree Advisory Board Receives Grant

The Cotter Tree Advisory Board received a $2000 Greening of Arkansas Grant from the Arkansas Flower and Garden Show. The Grant was used to enchance the beauty of the Robert L. Bynum Roadside Park located on Highway 62/412 next to the blue water tower by planting trees. The Tree Advisory Board submitted a plan using 30 Crape Myrtles, 7 Dogwoods and 6 Redbud Trees. Special Thanks to Marcia Taylor, Pat McCarthy, Emily Kaitz, Gwen Khayat and the Cotter Street Department for planing the trees.

CVFD Water Rescue Training on the White River

Cotter FD, Gassville FD & Cotter/Gassville Rural all working together on water rescue training at Big Spring Park on the White River Access. Always working hard to better serve the communities and make them safer.
