The Cotter City Council will be holding a Public Hearing for comments to address the closing of an alley way located below lots 60, 61, and 90 at 183 Melba Ave in Cotter, Arkansas. The Public Hearing will be held in Cotter City Cambers, 115 McLean Ave on October 13, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in the Cotter Council Chambers.
