City of Cotter is seeking job applicants for front desk water clerk. Duties include water billing, payment receipting and processing, answering phones, taking messages, and various other administrative duties. General office and clerical experience a must. Seeking dependable, detail oriented and long-term employment individuals only. Requires high school diploma and at least 18 years of age. Full time employment.
