The Cotter Planning and Zoning Board will have a meeting to hear public comment at 5:00 PM on Tuesday, 23, 2023, at Cotter City Hall. On the agenda, the Board will hear two applications submitted. One for a building variance for 113 Dalton Ave and the other a zoning change from R1 to MU1 for 143 Harding Bld.
