The Cotter Planning and Zoning Board will meet at 5:00 pm on April 25, 2023, at Cotter City Hall to receive a variance request from Gustavo Flores to demolish an existing house and build a new house on two lots at 113 Dalton Ave. If the application is accepted by the Board, then a public hearing date for public comments will be scheduled.
